Cancel order

Our priority is getting items delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

1. You can cancel your orders before the order has been processed. And we will refund full of your money.  

2. Once your order has been shipped and or processed, please contact our customer service for the first time, our customer service will help you to solve the problem.

Return policy

Instruction for Return:

1) All orders must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date. We provide a full refund if we detect manufacturer defects. Please contact our customer service department within 7 days of the purchase date.

2) All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

3) For any returns, you must contact the customer service department to obtain RMA# / Confirmation#. All returns must include the RMA# / Confirmation#. Once the returned package is received & inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge.

4) Damaged items are ineligible for return.

5) If you’re located within the Commonwealth Of The Bahamas, we offer local returns & exchange by emailing us at support@allyoursvirginremy.com/contacting customer service for return instruction and information.
